I can’t remember the name of this book I read some years ago; all I can remember about it is that a government builds humanoid robots that can eat small amounts of food so they can avoid being detected as robots. I was reminded of it the other day and now it’s really bugging me. Does anyone know what it might have been?
I just finished reading Robert Heinleins book, have space suit will travel, and i was wondering what are some examples of how it is classified science fiction. i know there are aliens but do i have a right to say it is one of the examples to being fiction. what are some specific points in the book about the planets, moon to say that its fiction.
My four year old wants a story book/ picture book about outer space. Preferably kids in a rocket ship exploring other worlds/ aliens or something similar. Thanks!
He needs it for a book report so if it has an easy to understand plot line that would be great. He also likes funny books, so if theres some humor in there that would be great too.
What do you like to see in science fiction?
If someone asked me the same question I`d probably say “Brave New World” by Aldous Huxley. I think it`s much better “1984″ by George Orwell. But as a science fiction writer I think William Gibson is the best. Cyberpunk is just a fantastic genre!
I am looking for a science fiction book that includes close brothers. Brotherly love would be amazing. I have a project due, so this would be really helpful. Thanks!
I’m not looking for a specific book, any brotherly love science fiction book would be awesome!
We all know that fantasies and adventure books have A battle between good and bad what about Sci-fiction what complications or what battle do fight or something? What is the plot of a Sci-fiction book?
1) what’s an interesting theme?
2) should it be more science or more fiction?
3) would you want to learn interesting/important facts?
4) would you like it to have romance?
5) should it be complicated, but still undertandable or should it be simple?
6) Do you even like science fiction?
Even if it’s science fiction, it’s sceince so it has to have facts, real things that exist not only fction…
7) does it bother you if the information could be right, but it really isn’t?
Tyvm. I love science fiction and i’m just curious. I’m also a writer so i wanna know.
My sixth grade teacher read us a science fiction book that I am dying to find, but I can’t remember the title or author. I only remember a few details, but maybe some one could help me out. The people find a man washed up on the beach, but he isn’t like us, he is kind of like a sea person/merman. They study him and then follow him back into the ocean, where his city is (Atlantis?) I wish I could remember more. Oh well! Any help?
