Major problems with this theory:

1.) How is time travel actually accomplished?
2.) How is it that each planet has it’s own time frame/zone?
3.) How does mars ‘evolve’ into Jupiter?
4.) How can mars crash into earth if they are in different time ‘zones’.
5.) How does Saturn turn over to spin like Uranus?
6.) What about expanding earth?

Those were the biggest points I’m offering criticism on. I could keep going but I got a character limit.

1) To travel in space is to travel in time we can almost see the birth of the universe through the Hubble that was 14 billion years ago, yet we can see it today.
2) Just like an atom that has a nucleus and protons and electrons rotating around it and popping in and out of existence. Our sun being our nucleus and the planets being electrons rotating around it. Electrons can exist thousands of times at the same time.

3) The planets are slowly moving away from the sun. Eventually it reaches far enough away from the sun the gases do not get burned away. That is why the inner planets are not gas planets, the distance from the sun. The planets are constantly emitting gases.
4) Well to travel through space is to travel through time. It would be like me traveling back in time and beating up my father in which allowed him to meet my nurse mother, thus creating me.

5) A polar shift. We’ve had them before and we will have them again.
6) What about expanding earth? I believe the earth is expanding. The timeline I present, shows the Earth getting bigger each time except when there is a planetary impact earth is impacted and turned into mars and Jupiter ignites and turns into Saturn.
